Removes unpleasant odours and harmful gases from the air

VisionAir CarbonMax is suitable for environments with unpleasant odours, e.g., nursing homes, sport canteens, nurseries, toilet and hospitality facilities.

How does the CarbonMax filter work?

This unique filter system cleans the indoor air in two phases.

Phase 1: the prefilter captures coarse dust particles and other pollutants such as human and animal hairs and skin flakes.

Phase 2: the CarbonMax filter (6 kg, +/- 10%), the core of the system, filters out unpleasant odours and volatile organic compounds* from the air. The CarbonMax filter contains more than 4 kg of activated carbon and is specially developed to adsorb as many gases and odours as possible. The unique V-shaped filter construction ensures extremely effective operation. One, because the air remains longer in the filter and is therefore more thoroughly cleaned. Two, because the large surface are of the filter is able to handle larger quantities of air.

Maintenance

All filters can be removed very easy and replaced with new filters. There are standard service packages available, geared to users’ expected annual requirements.

Options

The VisionAir CarbonMax can be supplemented with UV lightning (SterilAir) and a stand (VisionDisplay).

* Indoor air is all too often polluted by odours and gases. VOCs, volatile organic compounds, are substances that are released from various products in gaseous form and can emit unpleasant odours. Paint, cleaning products, photocopiers, plastic products, furniture, building materials and floor and wall coverings are only a few examples of products that generate large quantities of VOCs.

In practice, VOCs and unpleasant odours can be found in, e.g.: rinsing rooms, printing firms, waiting rooms, catering establishments, toilets and hospitals. VOCs present numerous risks. Their effects may include: headache, loss of concentration, fatigue and irritation of the throat and nose. Persons developing health problems do not perform as well as normal or report ill.

Specifications

There are two models for different volume of the room. The models are VisionAir 1 and VisionAir 2. The color of air purifier is white and IR remote control is provided.
